Villa Vista MHC consists of 107 home sites and 20 self-storage units spread across 31 acres in Seguin, the county seat of Guadalupe County. Villa Vista is located 55 miles south of Austin and 35 miles from San Antonio. Seguin is one of the oldest towns in Texas, founded just sixteen months after the Texas Revolution.
